The rooms are bright and neat with decent showers, a lovely view and the bathroom. The staff is attentive, and the host too. The best thing is location - really close to all the bars, restaurants and sea front, the train station and sea front. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Walkers with nice drinks.

I thought that the decor made the place feel very homely. Was also impressed when given a token which enabled me to use the nearby car park for free overnight. A nice touch.
The corridors are very narrow.

We had a lovely stay at Senlac guest house/Number forty six, a comfortable modern room with everything we needed in a central location. We would stay here again. Good value for the price of £65.
