The rooms are bright and neat with decent showers, a lovely view and the bathroom. The staff is attentive, and the host too. The best thing is location - really close to all the bars, restaurants and sea front, the train station and sea front. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to Walkers with nice drinks.

The whole experience was perfect, nothing too much trouble, couldn't recommend more. "Amazing hotel, fairly clean, attentive staff, location so near to the seafront etc was magnificent. - "We got a room with a bathtub. - "There were an electric kettle and refrigerators, liked it.

Nice room, thougthfull: water beside the bed and little refrigerator. Personal approuch by the staff. Modern room, nearby city.

Small bed and room (but was kwown by booking, already on the internet). Its's the only minority I can think off.

I thought that the decor made the place feel very homely. Was also impressed when given a token which enabled me to use the nearby car park for free overnight. A nice touch.

    The corridors are very narrow.

We had a lovely stay at Senlac guest house/Number forty six, a comfortable modern room with everything we needed in a central location. We would stay here again. Good value for the price of £65.
